The practice was founded by Belinda Smith, a highly respected solicitor with a career spanning four decades, who sadly passed away in April 2024.

Kelly Trevett, Associate at Belinda Smith & Co worked alongside Belinda and is set to continue delivering family legal advice to clients in and around the area, supporting clients navigating divorce, separation and children matters. Kelly qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and has extensive experience in dealing with cases involving substantial assets on divorce, including those with complex and valuable pensions.
